***Please note, my private practice is currently full and I am not accepting new clients at this time. However,
I am currently offering a 3 session sex therapy consultation and treatment plan for female identified individuals or couples through BRIA, a virtual mental health clinic, based in Toronto , Ontario. More details can be found here https://betterbria.janeapp.com/#/discipline/17/treatment/75 . I also offer virtual groups though Bria. For more details, see here https://betterbria.janeapp.com/#/staff_member/29. About Me In my practice, I focus on helping individuals and couples from all walks of life explore their relationships and sexual issues. Some of the issues I specialize in include: -low desire -desire discrepancies - menopause related changes to sexuality - sexuality and aging, - painful intercourse -pelvic pain conditions including Vaginismus and Vulvodynia. What you can expect from Sex Therapy At the initial meeting, we will identify your particular concerns, how and when the problems developed and what changes you would like to make. A personal history is taken, exploring your sexual feelings and behaviour. As your sexuality is a part of your life, we may end up discussing topics that seem to be unrelated to sex; this is normal:) .
